'Star Trek' Charity Auction Offers VIP Tix

   April 29, 2013-Paramount Pictures offers four tickets to the premiere of Star Trek Into Darkness via online auctioneer Charitybuzz, which is described as a “partners” in a press release. The beneficiary is The Mission, which helps military veterans transition back to civilian life.
   The four tickets are part of a package that includes “meeting director J.J. Abrams and the cast of Star Trek Into Darkness at the film’s Los Angeles premiere.” The four ticket holders get to walk the red carpet at the premiere.
   Bidding is open until May 9. The PG-13 rated movie premieres in theaters May 17.
   Charitybuzz says it has access “to acclaimed actors and musicians, business and political leaders, sports stars, luxury travel, couture fashion, rare memorabilia and more.
