Disney, Fox ink movie toy deals

   Feb. 16, 2009 – Film product licensing deals for Disney and Fox film Avatar are among developments at the annual Toy Fair trade show, which runs Feb 15-18 in New York City.
   Disney announced a big tie-up with Legos, which is famous for its building-block kits. Disney Pixar's Toy Story and Cars, and Prince of Persia will all have big Lego products in 2010. Prince of Persia is a May 28, 2010 release.
   Twentieth Century Fox appointed Mattel as the master toy licensee for James Cameron’s sci fi Avatar, whose toys will reach stores in October in advance of its December theatrical release.
